Shipping/ Processing 

Please allow 1-3 business days processing time on all custom hat orders before being shipped.

Aus post Parcel Post (Regular): Takes 2–6 business days (same state takes 2–4 days, interstate takes 3–6 days).

Aus Post Express Post: Takes 1–3 business days nationally.

Once packages leave us they are the responsibility of Aus Post.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for packages being delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to give the correct delivery/ shipping address. If an incorrect delivery address is provided to us then we cannot offer any reimbursements.
